Since the introduction of our POWERCodeTM product, which is one of the first in the industry, we have experienced many different aspects of remote services. This includes all major platforms of remote technology adopted by most major healthcare organizations. POWERCodeTM:
In Record Time developed POWERCodeTM to eliminate the travel expenses incurred by healthcare facilities associated with traditional onsite outsourced coding. POWERCodeTM allows healthcare facilities to securely transfer their paper based medical records through the Internet either to In Record Time’s staff or their own coders. The coded results are returned to the facility within 24 hours of receipt. The POWERCodeTM tool consists of three applications that work in unity. These three parts are the Facility client, the Coder client and the Server package.
Remote Coding / Oncology Data Management:
In Record Time has the ability to connect to healthcare facilities and utilize their "In House" systems. We are able to achieve this by our extensive knowledge of remote networking platforms and protocols. Our team is well versed in all the major VPN and client access platforms including, but not limited to Cisco Systems, Bay Networks, Nortel Networks, Juniper Networks and others. Moreover, we are experienced with different client access platforms including Microsoft, Citrix Systems and basic point-to-point client access. We have also performed the installation and integration of these products to assist the healthcare facility. Our credentialed coding and CTR staff is well versed in utilizing these platforms and many internal hospital systems including 3M, Meditech, CPSI, AS400, Cerner, Epic, and Impac platforms and many others.
