In Record Time is actively recruiting qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Interim Managers: In Record Time is in need of Interim Managers to work in the Northwest states who are experienced in Management of all aspects of an HIM Department. Minimum of five years of management experience in acute and/or long-term care setting. RHIA preferred, but highly experienced RHIT will be considered. 2. Assembly & Analysis and Clerical Specialists: We are seeking HIM specialists in the Montana, Utah, and Wyoming area with strong experience in assembly, analysis and other HIM clerical duties. RHIT preferred but not required. These positions are full-time with benefits, and will require some local travel.

3. Compliance Specialist: We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to assist VP of Corporate Compliance with Audits, Employee Testing and Training.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience. CCS credential required at a minimum, dual credentials are a plus. Remote candidate preferred and must have high-speed internet access. Onsite will require relocation to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

4. Inpatient and Outpatient Coders: We are also searching for highly experienced, credentialed Remote and/or onsite Inpatient and Outpatient Coders. Part-time positions available. High- speed internet access required.

5. Certified Tumor Registrars: We are in need of certified tumor registrars with five years of cancer registry experience. Travel and Remote positions available
